Request deletion of your GoBooks account.
You can request account deletion here even if you have uninstalled the Android or iPhone app, or cannot sign in.
Email an account deletion request
Send the request from your GoBooks account email address. Include the business name if applicable. We will verify ownership before processing it.
Business records and retention
Some financial, audit and shared business records may need to be retained for legal, tax or ownership reasons. We will explain any records retained and the applicable retention period when responding to your request. Backup removal may follow a separate retention schedule.
From inside the app
Open More → Delete account to submit a request while signed in. Submitting a request records it for review; it does not immediately erase financial records.
